Amber

Amber is not strictly a crystal: it is fossilized tree resin. It has an opaque or transparent appearance and may have vegetation or small insects trapped inside. Amber is said to have the ability to draw disease from the body. It is believed to absorb negative energy and transmute it into positive energy helping the body to rebalance and heal itself.

In healing Amber is believed to stimulate the Sacral Chakra and help the stomach, spleen, kidney, bladder, liver and gallbladder.

Historically it was worn as a talisman to give warriors confidence and courage.

Wear as Jewellery, hold while meditating, carry in your pocket or place on the Sacral Chakra.
